 Welcome
We are originally from Venice Beach California where we lived until 1988 when Bob retired from the Los Angeles Police Department. We moved to Washington with our 2 kids Keli and Rob. Our first home was a 10 acre mini farm where we enjoyed a huge garden and every kind of animal including horses, parrots, pigs and goats. Our kids participated in the local 4-H program, horse shows and the annual Mason County Fair and Rodeo.
In 1989 Bob was hired on at the Shelton Police Department. In 1992 he obtained his Real Estate License and became my partner. He will fully retire from the Police Department in 2010 then will work fulltime with me in Real Estate.
I became a Realtor in 1991 and in 1994 I obtained my Brokers License. I am a Fulltime Associate Broker with Windermere Himlie, Inc. in Shelton, WA. I've always worked in Customer Service positions including as the first Concierge at the Century Plaza Hotel in California and even a Surgical Tech for a Plastic Surgeon. Real Estate uses all that I've learned being in the service of others and then some. It's a rewarding, stressful, fun and fulfilling career and I love it! I love helping buyers and sellers achieve their dreams of home ownership.
I have been both a Buyer and a Seller many times and I understand first hand the ups and downs of going through this process. I am dedicated to taking care of the details no matter how big or small, they are all important to a successful closing.
It's my job to know what's going on in the industry to know the current market trends and how they affect my clients. Our area is very diverse as are our clients and whether you're buying a $2,000 lot or a 2.5 million dollar estate you want and need Agents who care enough to do the work that's required for a successful closing. To us it's not just about the closing, it's about the entire experience.
